Great Weekend!

Basics

5 push ups
10 sit ups
15 squats
Add one to each on each set until failure of one exercise. Then work back to the beginning.

Today is a Great day!! You have a couple options today. Fran on Friday starts at 4. Justin's Birthday workout starts at 3. The 5 o'clock class is still on. If you can't make one of those we will be here tomorrow morning at 10 AM for a Free class!

The Challenge: Helen and/or Fran
Helen – 3 rounds
Run 400m (1 lap)
21 KB Swing (Men 1.5 pood, Woman 1 pood, or modified to level)
12 Pull-ups (Kipping, Strict, or Jumping)

Fran – 21/15/9 reps
Thrusters (Men 95lbs, Women 65lbs, or modified to level)
Pull ups (Kipping, Strict, or Jumping)

Plus additional challenges for certified CrossFit affiliates!!!!

FEE: $20.00 (Includes event T-shirt, lunch, and a chance to win door prizes)

Crossfit Challenge March 3rd!!

The guys from Matt's birthday bag run. Matt, Justin, Craig, Joe, and me behind the camera. haha.

We will be having a Crossfit Challenge March 3rd. It will consist of two events. Helen and Fran. There will be three divisions: Men, Women, and modified. Prizes will be given for 1st and 2nd in all divisions as well as "door" prizes and Free food from C&J's Barbeque. The entry fee is $20 and includes a Crossfit A&M technical t-shirt. The challenge will be held at Thomas Park at 10AM. Thomas Park is behind Chile's off of Texas Avenue. Entry will be capped at 50 people so please contact me as soon as possibe with your name and t-shirt size.

Also if anyone is free tomorrow around 11am we are having a birthday workout for Matt. It is guaranteed to be brutal. Food and drinks afterwards at Margarita Rocks.

Intensity!



Are you putting enough intensity into your workouts?? Marshall did this morning.

Anything done with a high intensity will give you more reward both physically and mentally than "pacing" yourself. Mentally you have to be strong and able to push yourself despite the physical discomfort. How intense are you??

The schedule has finally been posted! If you are currently training with us please feel free to attend any class you choose. If you want to attend the morning classes, please call in advance.

If you are not currently training with us we are requiring each new client to have at least 2 private sessions before joining classes.
